Use dry, wet, or after applying a callus softener to target rough, callused areas. Start with the coarse 80 grit to break down tough skin, then follow with the 120 grit to refine and smooth. For best results, file only the callused areas. Keep things clean and hygienic with easy-to-replace grit strips, refill packs available with 20 pieces per grit.

Directions for use:

To apply a grit strip, peel off the protective backing and press the strip firmly onto the file, smoothing it out evenly. To remove, grip the strip near the thumb indentation and carefully peel it away. After removal, wash the file to remove any adhesive residue, disinfect thoroughly, and dry completely before applying a new grit strip.
