Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Same Day Dispatch - Orders placed before 2pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends, will be dispatched the same day, subject to payment processing and stock availability.

Next Day Dispatch - Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays or during weekends will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note: Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays occasionally occur and only Express tracked delivery can be partially refunded.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues with your items, such as damage or missing products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please save the damaged goods and take photographic evidence before filing a claim. We will advise you how we will resolve your claim once approved.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the item ships.

International Shipping Policy

We only ship within Europe. Our system is not configured yet to process this online. Please get in touch with us for your requirements.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Orders are shipped DAP*.

*Under DAP, the buyer only pays the import handling fees including import duty, taxes, and customs clearance. The seller is responsible for all other costs.
