Delivery & Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If a delivery fails due to issues such as an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be refunded minus the delivery charge. A new shipping fee will apply for redelivery.
Free delivery excludes large or bulky items, such as furniture, which may require pallet shipping. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses.
Complaints

Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will not be issued without this evidence.
All orders are packed under CCTV monitoring to ensure quality control.
If your parcel is lost, we will initiate a courier investigation. This process may take up to 14 working days. Once concluded, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Servicing of Nail drill Machines
E-file handpieces require servicing every 6–12 months, depending on usage. Wear and tear components like bearings and brushes are not covered under warranty.

Replacements & Refunds

For lost parcels, a courier investigation will be initiated, which can take up to 14 working days. Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days, and replacements are typically shipped within 2–3 working days.
Shipping fee refunds for delayed deliveries will be processed within 2–3 working days, with payment returning to your account in 4–5 working days.
