Warranty Claim Process

Should you need to make a claim under the 2 year limited warranty, please contact us via email and not Gelish UK directly. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask that you provide the following details:

1. Your order number.
2. The serial number of the device.
3. A description of the issue or fault with the device along with any videos or photos as evidence.

Once we have this information, we will guide you through the return process. We may request that the device be returned to us for testing and analysis. If the device is confirmed to be faulty, we will send you a replacement unit.

Additionally, we will cover the cost of your return postage by issuing a store credit. Please note that the replacement device will be registered with the original purchase date, ensuring the warranty remains intact for the full duration.
