The colour transforms as it catches the light, while fine magnetic particles allow the effect to be shaped with a styling magnet stick before curing. Depending on the angle and magnetic placement, Hiss & Tell can reveal different tones and reflective highlights, making every manicure look slightly different.

Its medium-viscosity consistency provides controlled application, while triple pigmentation helps deliver rich coverage in 2-3 thin coats. The soak-off LED/UV formula is HEMA and TPO free and incorporates Cuccio Veneer micro-shatter resistant technology.

How to Create the Cat Eye Effect

Apply and cure your first coat of Cat Eyes Gel Polish. Apply a second coat but do not cure yet. Hold the Cuccio Styling Magnet just above the nail for a few seconds and move or angle it until the desired magnetic pattern appears. Once you are happy with the effect, cure immediately to lock the magnetic particles into position. Cuccio also recommends applying the Cat Eyes shades over a cured black gel base for a more pronounced, high-contrast effect.
