From time to time, we also run special promotions across the Keo Supply website, such as Buy 3, Get 1 Free, percentage discounts, bundle offers and other limited-time deals. Some promotions are applied automatically at checkout, while others may require a promotional code.
Because the KEOTRADE discount cannot normally be used in conjunction with another live promotion, it is worth taking a moment before checking out to see which offer gives you the best value.
And if your basket contains both promotional and non-promotional products, there is a simple way to make the most of both.
First, Compare the Savings
Let’s use a Buy 3, Get 1 Free OPI Gel Polish promotion as an example.
Imagine each OPI Gel Polish costs £20.
With the promotion:
£20 × 3 = £60
You receive 4 gel polishes for £60, which means:
£60 ÷ 4 = £15 per gel polish
Now compare this with your 15% Trade discount:
£20 - 15% = £17 per gel polish
In this example, the Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion works out at £15 per bottle, compared with £17 per bottle using KEOTRADE.
So the promotional offer gives you the better saving on those particular products.
The Smart Shopping Tip: Split Your Order
If you are purchasing other products at the same time that are not included in the promotion, consider placing your order in two separate transactions.
Order 1: Use Your Trade Discount
Make sure you are logged into your approved Keo Supply Trade Account.
Add the products that are not currently included in a promotional offer to your basket and apply your KEOTRADE code at checkout to receive your Trade discount on eligible items.
Complete this as your first order.
Order 2: Use the Promotional Offer
While still logged into your account, start a second order containing the products included in the promotion.
For our OPI example, you would add the required OPI Gel Polishes to your basket but do not apply the KEOTRADE code.
If the promotion is automatic, the offer should trigger at checkout once the qualifying products have been added.
If the promotion requires a coupon code, simply enter the applicable promotional code instead.
Why Split Your Orders?
By separating promotional products from your regular Trade purchases, you can choose the better-value promotion for the qualifying products while still making use of your 15% Trade discount on your other eligible purchases.
Instead of applying one discount across your entire shop and potentially missing a better deal, a little planning can help you get more value from each order.

Before splitting an order, remember to check any delivery charges, minimum spend requirements and individual promotion terms.
For example, if splitting your basket causes one of your orders to fall below a free-delivery threshold, the additional delivery cost could outweigh the extra saving. A quick comparison before checkout will help you work out which option gives you the best overall value.
