These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital and physical gift cards issued by Keo Supply (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, using, or accepting a Keo Supply Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
Keo Supply Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are available in both digital and physical formats and may be redeemed only for eligible products available at keosupply.uk. Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and carry no implied warranties.
2. Redemption
- Digital and physical Gift Cards can be redeemed at our online store and in-store.
- Enter the unique gift card code at checkout to apply your balance.
- The order total, including taxes and shipping (if applicable), will be deducted from the Gift Card balance.
- If the purchase exceeds the balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method.
3. Digital vs. Physical Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards:
- Delivered via email immediately.
- Ideal for instant delivery and online use.
Physical Gift Cards:
- Available to purchase in-store.
- Treat physical cards like cash - store safely, as they contain your unique card code.
- Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply.
4. Balance & Expiration
- Keo Supply Gift Cards do not expire.
- Balances can be checked using the link provided in the digital gift card email or by contacting our support team. For physical cards, contact us with the card code to check your balance.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
- If you purchase a digital or physical Gift Card online, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" cancellation period, provided the Gift Card has not been used, activated, or partially redeemed.
To cancel within this period, please contact us with your order details. Once verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method. - Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value, resold, or redeemed for cash.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
- Keo Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards - digital or physical.
- Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or used without authorisation.
- Keep your digital card code and physical card secure.
7. Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to:
- Purchase additional gift cards
- Make purchases outside Keosupply.uk
8. Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit Gift Cards or orders if fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or abuse is suspected.
9. Returns on Items Purchased with a Gift Card
If items purchased with a Gift Card are returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement Gift Card.
No cash refunds will be issued.
10. Changes to These Terms
Keo Supply may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Gift Cards signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
