Warranty Information for OPI LED Lamp

When you purchase your OPI LED lamp from Keo Supply, it is covered by a 2 year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. We will register your lamp for warranty purposes within 14 working days. By completing your purchase, you consent to us using your information to register your warranty with OPI UK.

Warranty Claim Process

Should you need to make a claim under the 2 year limited warranty, please contact us via email and not OPI UK directly. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask that you provide the following details:

1. Your order number.
2. The serial number of the lamp.
3. A description of the issue or fault with the lamp.

Once we have this information, we will guide you through the return process. We may request that the lamp be returned to us for testing and analysis. If the lamp is confirmed to be faulty, we will send you a replacement unit.

Additionally, we will cover the cost of your return postage by issuing a store credit. Please note that the replacement lamp will be registered with the original purchase date, ensuring the warranty remains intact for the full duration.
